$75 Budget Alela Deck

Alela commands an "Unnatural" deck as we take advantage of both enchantments & artifacts for value.  

Today is my birthday so I wanted to do something special for it!  For those of you that follow this blog, thank you so much!  It has been an absolute blast.  I realize that a lot of the decks that I build have a pretty high cost associated with them.  Unfortunately, that comes with the territory of loving the Urza's block.  For this entry, I wanted to try my hand at making a commander deck for under $100 that can compete with higher costed decks.

Artifact and enchantment strategies are both extremely strong in the commander format but are typically not played in the same deck.  This strategy is referred to as Unnatural and can be rather strong.  Alela will reward us for playing these cards by creating 1/1 flying Faerie tokens which get buffed by her to become 2/1s.  

Let's see what kind of value we can fit into this budget deck by playing cards that we would already be happy to play, even without the Alela bonus.
